Setup Instructions

Install on Windows (Server PC) Run IntegraChat-Client_Setup_v3.1.0.exe on the front-desk or server PC. Follow the wizard — it installs in under 2 minutes. Run as Administrator

Note your Server IP After launch, click Settings → Server Info. Write down the IP address shown (e.g. 192.168.1.10).

Install Android app on phones/tablets Open the APK file on each Android device. If prompted, enable "Install from unknown sources" in Settings → Security.

Connect Android to server Open IntegraChat on each device → tap Settings → enter your server IP and tap Connect. The status dot turns green when connected.

Configure rooms On the server PC, open Room Manager, add your operatory names, assign colors and alert types. Changes push to all devices instantly.

Send your first page Tap any room on a device → select an alert type → it appears on all screens simultaneously. You're live!
