1. Overview

IntegraChat is developed and operated by A.N.T. Dental Integration ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the IntegraChat office paging and staff messaging software and this website (integrachatapp.com).

2. On-premises architecture

IntegraChat runs on your local network. The server software runs on a computer in your office, and paging, chat, and analytics data stay on that network. We do not host, store, or transmit your clinical communications through any cloud service or external server.

3. Data we do not collect

Because IntegraChat runs on your local network:

• We do not collect or store patient health information (PHI).
• We do not collect or store messages or pages sent through the software.
• We do not have access to your paging history, alerts, or staff communications.
• We do not track user behavior inside the application.

4. Information we do collect

Contact information: when you request a demo, join the waitlist, purchase a license, or contact support, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, practice name, and (optionally) a phone number.

License information: we keep records of licenses issued to your organization, including license keys and activation dates.

Website analytics: this website uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-S430ZK1GEV) to understand visitor traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. The IntegraChat software itself does not include Google Analytics.

5. How we use information

• Deliver software licenses and updates
• Provide technical support and onboarding
• Send important product and security notices
• Process payments and keep billing records
• Respond to your inquiries

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only:

• With our payment processor (Stripe) to process subscription payments
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights
• With your explicit consent

7. HIPAA

IntegraChat is designed to support HIPAA compliance when deployed on your local network. As a vendor of on-premises software, we are not a Business Associate unless we provide services that involve access to PHI (for example, remote support with access to your server). If such services are needed, we will sign a Business Associate Agreement first. See our BAA page.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the limited contact and billing information we keep. Your organization is responsible for securing its IntegraChat installation, including workstation access, device handling, and backups.

9. Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements)
• Opt out of marketing email at any time

10. Children's privacy

IntegraChat and this website are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will email active customers about material changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
